Working with venue and festival organisers, agents, managers, artists and others, we prioritise the needs of the people that make up our industry and bring to life a vision for secure, ethical, and inclusive standards for our sector personnel.
Our newest group, LIVE Workforce takes a leading role in industry discussions about addressing bigotry and prejudice, affirmative action for underrepresented groups and safeguarding the skills pipeline. Bi-monthly discussions provide a space to connect industry practitioners with subject matter experts in the live music space.
